Armbrust Acres requires board sign-off for most roofing work — wood shake doesn't require board sign-off. Either way, we handle the application end-to-end.
We prepare the packet
Spec sheets, color samples, written scope, photos of the existing roof. You review and sign.
ARC reviews it
Two to three weeks typical. We follow up with your committee weekly until we have a written approval.
We schedule install
Once approval is in writing, we schedule. Tarped landscaping, daily site sweep, photo handoff at finish.
