Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of emeraldroofingandexteriors.com, operated by Emerald Exteriors, 2435 South 156th Circle, Omaha, NE 68130. By browsing the site, submitting a form, or using the chat, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Work on your home is governed by the written contract you sign for that project. If anything on this page conflicts with a signed contract, the contract controls.

What this site is

This site is marketing and informational material about our roofing, siding, gutter, window, and storm restoration services. Articles, guides, and service pages describe how we generally approach work in the Omaha metro. They are not an inspection of your home and not engineering, insurance, or legal advice. Every roof is different — get it looked at before you act on anything you read here.

Inspections, estimates, and pricing

• Submitting a request through this site is a request for an inspection, not a binding order, and it does not create a contract.
• Any figure shown on this site — price ranges, timelines, financing terms — is illustrative. Your actual price comes from a written estimate after we've been on site.
• Written estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate. Material prices move; a stale estimate may be re-quoted.
• We reserve the right to decline work, including work outside our service area or outside what we can do well.

Warranties

Our workmanship warranty and any manufacturer material warranties are defined in the documents issued for your project, including their conditions, exclusions, and transfer rules. Descriptions of warranty coverage on this site are summaries for convenience. Where a summary and a warranty document differ, the warranty document controls.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content, or use automated tools to access the site except for ordinary search engine indexing.

You may view, print, and share pages for your own non-commercial use. Reproducing our photos or copy on another contractor's site or listing is not permitted.

Manufacturer names and product marks — including the brands referenced on our service pages — belong to their respective owners, and their appearance here does not imply endorsement by them of us or by us of them beyond what's stated.

What you send us

If you send us photos, reviews, testimonials, or other material, you keep ownership of it and give us permission to use it in our marketing — including on this site and on social media — unless you tell us otherwise. Please only send material you have the right to share. Don't send confidential information through the contact form or chat.

Third-party sites and tools

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emerald Exteriors is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to one hundred dollars. Again, this limit applies to the website — liability for work performed on your home is governed by your contract and by applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to hold Emerald Exteriors harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms or of anyone else's rights.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Please contact us first — most things get resolved with a phone call.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change when we do, and continued use of the site means you accept the update. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
