Bill O'Connor founded Emerald after a career in property improvement that ran from commercial leasing, to development, to hands-on construction. He'd seen the trade from every angle and built Emerald to do roofing and gutters the way they should be done — with integrity, and backed for the life of the install.
Today, Emerald Exteriors has grown from roofing into siding as well, with Michelle Cali steering the ship while Travis Schafer leads siding and field operations - but Bill's founding philosophy hasn't changed. We don't take down payments, we document every step, and we stand behind the work.
